It all began with a senior project on tiny homes. Tiffany got an A on that assignment and knew that she wanted to build one of her own. So, after graduating high school, she bought a trailer and got to work convincing her dad to help her. He was skeptical but came around. Together, they worked to bring Tiffany’s creative design to life. She paid for it all slowly but surely over three years. Ultimately, she built the tiny house for about $18k, thanks to her resourcefulness and amazing Facebook Marketplace scores.
“I’m a fashion, finance, builder, and just about everything influencer. I’m also a loan officer on the side, and yeah, I’m a tiny house enthusiast who built one. I also flip and remodel houses.
I owe everything to my parents. They’re immigrants, so we learned to hustle since we were little kids. My mom used to be a loan officer…she became a realtor. My dad has always been kind of like a handyman. We used to do flooring installation and home remodeling. Then, eventually, they just kind of started buying houses, fixing them up, and selling them. I was able to catch on to to that and learn everything and just kind of take it all in.”

With the invaluable help of her family, Tiffany built a 20-foot tiny house on wheels. She ultimately built most of it herself, like her clever staircase vanity. Also, she maximized the under-stairs space by creating a custom pull-out closet system that stores 40 pairs of shoes and a large wardrobe! It’s perfect for a fashionista like herself.
During the build process, Tiffany fell in love and got married. She had to make a couple adjustments to her tiny house to accomododate her husband. For instance, she added a gaming setup in the loft. It includes a built-in cabinet, shelving, and an epoxy tabletop. He can be upstairs gaming with headphones on while she’s downstairs creating content or working on her laptop at the counter seating area.
Now, Tiffany is fixing up a small dilapidated farmhouse on a large lot. They recently relocated the tiny house in the backyard with plans to rent out one of the homes. As Tiffany sees it, the possibilities are almost endless. So, of course, she and her husband are now building a shed conversion man cave.
